Gentle juniper highlighted with bright citrus and grapefruit. Juniper evident from the first sip, this delicate pink grapefruit is complemented by Madagascan vanilla.  With the addition of a tonic the flavour explodes to create a refreshing citrus burst with tantalising hints of black pepper.
