We have a huge amount of fabulous local suppliers in our Forest, and we're making it our mission to bring all of their wonderful produce together and package it in the tastiest of food that we make here in our kitchen especially for you.
When we can't source food locally, we grow our own ingredients in our very own kitchen garden which means we don't have to buy in mass-produced or out-of-area stuff.
We've invested in building an online system where you can pre-order your food, so we know how much to cook, and you get to enjoy food that is the freshest of fresh. It also means with our precise cooking schedule that we don't waste a thing, even the fresh vegetable peelings are recycled back into our compost!
