6. Pricing & Payment
6.1. All prices listed on the Site are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
6.2. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
6.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.
6.4. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery options, charges, and estimated times are shown at checkout.
7.2. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7.3. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
7.4. You must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7.5. Certain Products may be restricted for delivery to specific areas due to shelf life, temperature requirements, or courier limitations.
7.6. Risk of damage or loss passes to you when the Products are delivered to the address provided.
8. Click & Collect (if applicable)
8.1. Orders for collection will be held for a limited time.
8.2. Perishable goods not collected within the advised time may be disposed of without refund.
9. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Perishable Goods (Cheese, Food Gifts & Hampers)
9.1. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, perishable goods are not eligible for return or cancellation once dispatched or prepared.
9.2. If you wish to cancel before preparation or dispatch, contact us immediately and we will confirm whether cancellation is possible.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
9.3. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
9.4. Please provide photographs as proof.
9.5. We will offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on the issue.
Refund Processing
9.6. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
10. Gift Messages
10.1. You may include a personalised gift message with your order.
10.2. We reserve the right to refuse messages that contain inappropriate or offensive language.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
11.1. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
11.2. Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
