      A semi-soft creamy yet full flavoured blue cheese which has a rich aroma complimented with a sharp and tangy taste. Similar to Stilton but with a cleaner and more buttery finish.

        How much cheese should I order?

        We suggest a portion size per cheese is in the region of 30g - 50g per person. So for a cheese loving couple 100g would be great, if it's for a bigger crowd then 100g for 3 people should be ample.
