      Fosse Way Fleece is a pearly white ewe's cheese from Somerset. It has a wonderfully silky smooth texture and clean taste. We often recommend this to people who are unfamiliar with ewe's milk cheeses and it rarely fails to win them over.

        How much cheese should I order?

        We suggest a portion size per cheese is in the region of 30g - 50g per person. So for a cheese loving couple 100g would be great, if it's for a bigger crowd then 100g for 3 people should be ample.
