A new cheese from Brookes Dairy (the makers of Angiddy). Made by hand using their Jersey Cows milk with vegetarian rennet this is a smooth creamy cheese with a flavour that is quite similar to Feta cheese. Works superbly when chopped into a salad, the fresh taste of Spring from the Wye Valley.
