      Made by the distinguished artisan cheese maker, Arthur Alsop of Alsop & Walker. Aged for between 10 and 16 months, a rich full flavour with caramel undertones and an unexpected crunch derived from the formation of calcium crystals during its maturation process.

        How much cheese should I order?

        We suggest a portion size per cheese is in the region of 30g - 50g per person. So for a cheese loving couple 100g would be great, if it's for a bigger crowd then 100g for 3 people should be ample.
