Burrow Mump is a semi-hard sheep milk cheese, with a compressed texture and a sweet, nutty flavour which is washed in local Somerset Cider Brandy. It's aged for eight weeks and within this time it develops its sweet and nutty personality.Flavours are all savoury including nuances of almonds and olive brine with a herbal, floral lift.
