      Made from full cream milk from both the morning and evening milking's, with annatto (traditional dye). Rich, mellow, powerful, earthy, almost smoky, the texture is slightly crumblier than Cheddar.

        We suggest a portion size per cheese is in the region of 30g - 50g per person. So for a cheese loving couple 100g would be great, if it's for a bigger crowd then 100g for 3 people should be ample.
