Blue Wenallt Cheese Individual


Blue Wenallt from the fabulous Brooke’s Dairy in the Wye Valley. Well known for making the award-winning brie style Angiddy, this beautiful blue is also made with their rich Jersey Cow Milk. It is a wonderful meltingly soft creamy blue, with a flavour profile similar to a Gorgonzola, made by hand by the cheese maker Hannah. Proper local and artisan.
