A Taste of Summer

Join us for a fun, relaxed tasting evening sampling a range of delicious flavours from the season, chosen to bring a taste of local to your plate. We’ve designed a light and summery four course small plate taster menu to showcase the best seasonal ingredients at the Forest Deli Tasting Corner, the perfect spot for sampling some of the delicious local produce from the Forest of Dean, Wye Valley and surrounding area.
We will showcase both local produce and really useful and interesting store cupboard ingredients. Debbie will also be sharing her favourite recipes for you to try at home and will be on hand to answer any questions.
