Blue Murder (v)

Mould ripened and meaty with fine threads of blue running through the creamy, white paste, so satisfyingly sweet and velvety that a mouthful can even take non-Blue cheese lovers to heaven! The square shaped moulds of Blue Murder drain differently to the traditional rounds and create a blue with a slightly smoother paste.

Howgate Brie (v),(up)

Howgate Kintyre Brie is hand-crafted in Campbeltown using Ayrshire cows milk from local farmers – the Ralston family at East Drumlemble. This cheese is deliciously creamy, with a lovely flavour even when young. A true artisan cheese, hand-ladled and turned each day until ready.

Isle of Mull Cheddar (up)

A hearty Scottish Cheddar with a firm and fondant like texture. This cheddar is slightly harder than most cheddar. Isle of Mull is a Forest Deli favourite, very rich in flavour and is our strongest and tastiest cheddar on our cheese counter.

Served with oatcakes and apple and quince membrillo.
