Our Figgy Mostardo is an Italian inspired Fig & Mustard relish. We steep the figs overnight in grapefruit juice before cooking them slowly with mustards – we use powered mustard, yellow mustard seeds and brown mustard seeds to produce an incredible intense chutney that’s gorgeous with goat’s cheese, perfect with pork and delectable with pan fried duck.
