Warming and ever so slightly spicy Roasted Parsnip Soup with an oozy cheesy Fedw bread on the side

Cooking it Low and Slow
Could this be better than Bettys? Our Lovely Local Lamb Hotpot. The lamb is 6 hours slow roasted on the bone, then shredded and juices added to create a sticky and saucy ragu, topped with buttery boulangere and gruyere potatoes. Perfectly matched with roasted broccoli dressed up with pumpkin seeds and a sprinkling of 2 year aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Both ready to pop straight in the oven.
