This thick, ruby coloured syrup has a balanced sweet and sharp tartness that adds interest to a wide range of dishes. It makes a great salad dressing when mixed with olive oil, is ideal to brush over meat or poultry as a glaze or marinade, to simply drizzle over roast vegetables, fruit or yoghurt or added as a cordial to sparkling water or prosecco.
